Job summary

Olen Living seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for its multifamily community in Gilbert, AZ (Serena Shores). The role focuses on ensuring resident satisfaction through timely repairs and preventive upkeep.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance and support turnover of vacant units. The position requires a HS diploma, 1–2 years of maintenance experience, and solid customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience and/or training.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds frequently, up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Must provide and use own hand tools unless specified.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and air conditioning repairs.
• Assist with preparing vacant apartments for occupancy and turnover.
• Participate in community maintenance duties such as preventative maintenance and groundskeeping.
