Responsibilities

• Perform repairs as directed and maintain apartment readiness.
• Complete maintenance requests and document status.
• Maintain shop and storage areas in good condition.
• Operate and care for maintenance equipment and tools.
• Assist with snow and ice removal and landscaping tasks.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, OSHA and safety policies.
