Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of apartments for occupancy.
• Respond to service requests as needed.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and appliances as needed (emergencies).
• Maintain pools and HVAC systems as applicable to the community.
• Conduct basic carpentry and interior/exterior painting as required.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service with tenants, vendors, and coworkers.
