Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a maintenance professional to ensure property integrity and cleanliness. Responsibilities include performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs across the property, and handling resident service requests efficiently.

The role requires inspection of vacant units, preparation for new residents, and maintenance of common areas. On-call availability, safety compliance, and a focus on cost-effective methods are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair).
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type I & II or Universal for refrigerant handling required.
• Multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be available for emergency on-call, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical maintenance across the property (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, glass replacement).
• Respond to resident service requests using a work order system.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, conducting inspections and repairs.
• Maintain amenity areas, trash removal, and minor painting.
• Inspect work by vendors to ensure quality and scope.
