Qualifications

Responsibilities

• On-call and weekend rotation.
• Provide excellent communication to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins.
• Maintain building interior and exterior and grounds upkeep.
• Install and troubleshoot appliances and plumbing fixtures.
• Basic HVAC maintenance.
