Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Villages of Gallatin, a 185-unit apartment community in Gallatin, TN. You will help maintain appearance and operation to create a great living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring for repairs, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, repairing appliances, prepping vacant units, and occasional on-call shifts with trip stipend. A valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend when called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
