Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Villages of Gallatin, a 185-unit community in Gallatin, TN. You will help maintain a high-quality living environment by addressing repairs and performing routine maintenance tasks.

The role supports an on-site team with responsibilities including appliance repairs, preparing vacant units, and on-call coverage when needed. Previous maintenance experience is preferred and a valid license may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
