Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a Maintenance Technician to handle a range of upkeep tasks across an apartment community. You will complete repairs, assist with preventive maintenance, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards while delivering friendly, resident-focused service.

The role requires 1+ year maintenance experience, EPA Type I/II preferred, and availability for weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• EPA certification Type I and II preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Reliable transportation & rotating on-call schedule required.
• Varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs thoroughly and timely.
• Monitor inventory of equipment, tools, parts and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule.
• Communicate with residents, vendors and supervisors.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and log chemicals.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas.
