Henssler Property Management is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician I to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and market-ready apartment community. You will work with the Community Manager and Service Supervisor to complete turnovers, respond to non-HVAC requests, and uphold property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and ability to take direction.
• Basic repair and maintenance skills across trades.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacated units for new residents as scheduled.
• Perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Assist with appliance replacement and key/lock changes.
• Support cleanliness and safety of community grounds.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
