Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in apartment or building maintenance or related fields.
• Background and pre-employment drug screening required.
• EPA refrigerant certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 180 days.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain community facilities and equipment to ensure safety and resident comfort.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across utilities, fixtures, and appliances.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to meet deadlines and safety standards.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies as needed on a rotating on-call basis.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and ensure compliance with regulations.
