Founders Property Management is seeking a Service Technician for our Phoenix, AZ community, The Vertu Apartments. You will help ensure apartment homes are market ready, handle general maintenance tasks, and assist with resident requests to keep units in top condition.

The role requires hands-on experience in maintenance, strong communication, and the flexibility to work weekends or on-call shifts. A positive team attitude and reliability are essential assets for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure apartment homes are market-ready and walked daily.
• Perform general maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC).
• Maintain pool: test chemicals, logs, and cleanliness.
• Do light electrical repairs; service doors, locks, and re-keys.
• Follow service process and inspect completed work for quality.
