Paradigm Management is seeking a Service Technician to join our service team in Washington, DC. You will assess and complete work orders for repairs and improvements across apartments, helping maintain and enhance community value.

The role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC (certs a plus), on-call rotations, and coordinating with the maintenance and property teams to keep residents and staff satisfied.

Qualifications

• Residential maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance, and carpentry

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests for repairs and improvements (electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, painting, HVAC)
• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Handle on-call rotations and weather-related work
• Assist with maintenance operations and special projects
• Collaborate with maintenance and property teams to create a positive environment for residents, visitors and staff
