Job summary

Peak Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Milwaukee to perform maintenance on our Harbor Pointe properties. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment-turn tasks, along with troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and appliances.

Ideal candidates have prior maintenance experience in an apartment setting, strong problem-solving skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician in an apartment community or similar setting.
• Practical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with building systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment-turn tasks.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and drywall/paint.
• Maintain property-owned equipment and inventory; order supplies as needed.
• Assist with grounds, landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal tasks.
• Respond to after-hours service requests as part of on-call rotation.
• Provide residents with professional, friendly service.
