Point Real Estate Management LLC in Milwaukee is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our apartment communities. This full-time, on-site role focuses on keeping buildings safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents.

You will work under the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, make-readies, and upkeep of common areas and building systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in apartment maintenance or related trade.
• Basic set of hand tools required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Rotating on-call availability.
• Willing to work at multiple properties in the area.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform general maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting.
• Repair broken fixtures, doors, windows, and flooring as needed.
• Maintain common areas and building systems; assist in prep of units for new residents.
• Assist in grounds and custodial tasks as required.
• Be available for on-call and standby emergency schedule.
