Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on vacant units and common areas.
• Conduct daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Inspect for safety hazards and communicate findings to Facilities Manager.
• Share on-call duties and respond in uniform when required.
• Maintain inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
