Job summary

Mark-Taylor, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician in Goodyear, AZ to keep communities running smoothly. You will handle maintenance repairs, perform make-readies, and contribute to safety and upkeep to deliver five-star service.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues, maintaining pool care, and assisting with roof repairs and lock/key work. On-call duty available with extra pay and certification incentives.

Qualifications

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances, and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain adequate supply of make-ready units for the Community.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
