Mark-Taylor is hiring a Service Technician at District at Civic Square in Goodyear, AZ to maintain apartment communities and support make-ready units while delivering five-star service.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure pool and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• General knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• Knowledge of building systems.
• Service orientation and basic English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on vacant units and common areas.
• Maintain pool care and chemical balance; ensure safety compliance.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report to Facilities Manager.
• Share on-call duty with team and respond in uniform/badge when needed.
• Manage inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
