Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our service team in Phoenix. You will help maintain property facilities and apartment homes to meet high standards, collaborating with service and office teams.

Requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, and on-call availability. Hours are typically Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM, with some weekends/holidays; on-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience (commercial, residential, or apartment).
• Knowledge of HVAC systems; EPA/HVAC license preferred.
• On-call availability required.
• Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM; hours may vary; some weekends/holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and diagnose HVAc units; replace filters and clean coils.
• Repair/replace kitchen appliances, refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, ovens, and microwaves.
• Handle minor-to-moderate plumbing repairs, fixtures, and installations.
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches; lock changes and door hardware.
• Operate tools and maintain maintenance shop; track requests in software.
• Assist with grounds, common areas, and pools; support daily priorities with Lead Tech.
