Job summary

Qualifications

• Must diagnose problems and repair electrical, plumbing, exterior, and appliance issues.
• Experience in tub replacement and interior upgrade installation.
• Handle daily work orders and apartment turns promptly.
• Read and respond to service requests, and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety issues and correct or report them.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and complete repairs.
• Ensure upkeep of community appearance and perform make-ready tasks.
• Record work in OneSite and document maintenance activities.
• Perform electrical and plumbing work as required.
• Assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and inspections.
• Participate in on-call and snow removal activities.
