Mark-Taylor, Inc. is hiring a Service Technician at CityScape Residences in Phoenix, AZ.

In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home. We are looking for someone with knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry and related systems, plus a basic understanding of written and spoken

Qualifications

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances and OSHA-related standards.
• Knowledge of building systems.
• Service-oriented, good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry issues.
• Perform maintenance on vacant units and pools.
• Carry out basic safety and routine repairs.
• Inspect property for hazards and coordinate with facilities manager.
