Job summary

MG Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Valdok Apartments in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will handle cleaning, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and on-call maintenance requests with a strong customer-service focus.

Requirements include 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience across a 200-unit property and multi-trade capabilities (plumbing, electrical, HVAC). Eligible for benefits including 401K, health/dental/vision, PTO, and rental discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance, preferably on a 200-unit property.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
• Reliability and transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service requests, appliance repairs and painting.
• Complete house/project turnovers and groundskeeping tasks.
• Assist with emergency calls and routine upkeep of common areas.
• Maintain a high level of service to residents and respond promptly to issues.
