Job summary

Peak Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Devonshire & Lyndon Crossings in Louisville, KY. This full-time, on-site role involves completing work orders, conducting preventive maintenance, and handling apartment-turn tasks to keep our 470+ units performing at peak condition.

The ideal candidate has prior maintenance experience in an apartment setting, solid troubleshooting skills, and strong communication. HVAC certification is preferred but not required.

• Previous maintenance technician experience in an apartment community or similar setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with building systems and equipment.
• Good problem-solving, organization, and communication abilities.
• HVAC certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and light painting or drywall.
• Maintain property-owned equipment and inventory; order supplies as needed.

• Respond to after-hours service requests as part of the on-call rotation.
• Provide residents with professional, friendly service.

What You’ll Do

• Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment-turn tasks.

Physical Requirements

The role involves standing and walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, bending, and working in confined or awkward spaces. It may require lifting up to 50 pounds and walking across properties, using stairs, and working in a variety of weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
