Job summary

CAHEC Management, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician in Charleston, SC to keep the property safe, clean, and in good working order. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to resident work orders, and assist with apartment turns.

You will inspect the property, handle repairs, coordinate with vendors, and participate in after-hours on-call as needed. The role requires flexibility, problem-solving, and a customer-service mindset to keep residents satisfied and the property

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and safety procedures.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins and perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect the property and complete maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors as needed and handle after-hours on-call emergencies.
