Job summary

LATITUDE RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep apartment units and property facilities in good working order. You will perform preventive maintenance, repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and assist residents with after-repair follow-ups.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing vacants for new residents, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining pools and grounds. On-call rotation may apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and amenities
• Complete resident work orders
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents
• Partner with vendors to ensure timely execution of jobs
• Execute preventative maintenance program
• Taking service orders, prioritizing them, and handling each order in an efficient and timely manner
• Examining and diagnosing problems with air conditioning and heating units for individual apartment units or property facilities and performing any necessary maintenance or repairs
• Interacting on a regular basis with leasing consultants, community manager, and residents
• Repairing and replacing any kitchen appliances that are the property, such as refrigerators, stoves, washers, and dryers
• Performing minor to moderate-level plumbing repairs and replacement/installation, including repairing leaks in toilets and sinks, and unclogging toilets as requested
• Repairing and replacing light fixtures and performing other minor electrical work
• Repairing locks and making other miscellaneous repairs on your assigned property
• Performing painting duties as assigned
• Preparing recently vacated units for new rental as assigned
• Maintaining the swimming pool and performing other duties to keep the property landscape in order
• Pick up of the grounds daily to ensure property is trash and litter free
• Working on an on-call basis every other week or as assigned
• Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned
