Allied Reliability is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to service 94 units across 6 buildings in Madison, WI. The role emphasizes proactive upkeep and strong customer service.

Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and appliance repairs, along with handling work orders and preventive maintenance. On-call rotation is required; must be able to lift 75 lbs. RealPage/OneSite familiarity is a plus, EPA/CPO certs preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years apartment/facilities maintenance preferred.
• Must be customer service focused.
• Valid license and insurance.
• RealPage/OneSite familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and appliance repairs.
• Handle preventive maintenance and general work orders.
• Contribute to safety and building upkeep for 94 units across 6 buildings.
• Participate in on-call rotation and lift up to 75 lbs.
