Job summary

American Avenue Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Milwaukee, WI. You will perform multi-trade maintenance on single-family rentals, handling HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs with autonomy across the market.

You must have 3+ years in multi-trade maintenance, own a vehicle and tools, and hold a valid license. EPA 608 certification is a big plus; compensation includes a quarterly bonus and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years multi-trade maintenance experience (apartment, SFR, or trades background).
• Confident in at least 3 of: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliances.
• Own truck or van + own hand tools (reimbursed + $0.76/mile).
• Valid driver''s license; on-call ready; background check.
• Big plus: EPA 608 Universal certification, experience turning homes at volume.

Responsibilities

• Multi-trade maintenance for single-family rental homes across Milwaukee; HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and turns.
• Receive work orders on your phone; operate your metro home to home with autonomy.
• Turns between residents; repair and light renovations to prepare homes quickly.
• Inspections, securing homes, vacancy/wellness checks, and move-in/out meetings.
