Qualifications

• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• AC Certification I and II.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventive maintenance by diagnosing and repairing defects.
• Execute the make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Manage materials by tracking inventory and coordinating re-orders with the maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests accurately and maintain records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing and using tools correctly.
• Participate in Preventive Maintenance.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability.
