Continental Realty is seeking a Service Technician to maintain our 276-apartment community in Windermere, FL. The role offers an hourly wage with bonus rent discounts for live-on, plus health, dental, vision, and 401K matching, and paid training.

You will respond to service requests, perform make-readies, and ensure high-quality workmanship. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of hands-on maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/carpentry/electrical skills, EPA certification (preferred), and strong

• EPA certification strongly preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry and electrical skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As a Service Technician, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this community with 276 apartment-homes.

• Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high-quality craftsmanship.

• Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.


• Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.


• Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.


• 2-4 years of recent hands-on experience in building apartment maintenance


• EPA certification is strongly preferred


• HVAC skills, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry and electrical


• Strong troubleshooting skills


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Participate in the emergency on-call rotation


• Vehicle, driver’s license, basic tools.
