Continental Realty is seeking a Service Technician for Kenilworth at Perring Park in Parkville, MD. You will maintain the physical integrity of a 567-unit community and respond to service requests with quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA certification is strongly preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, appliance repairs (washers/dryers), carpentry and electrical.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and make-readies with high craftsmanship.
• Share knowledge with coworkers and assist each other.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Manage time effectively and communicate throughout the day.

Role Overview

As a Service Technician at Perring Park, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this community with 567 apartment-homes.

• Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship.
• Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
• Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
• Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.
• 2-4 years of recent hands‑on experience in building apartment maintenance.
• EPA certification is strongly preferred.
• HVAC skills, plumbing, appliance repairs (especially washers/dryers), carpentry and electrical.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Participate in the emergency on‑call rotation.
• Vehicle, driver’s license, basic tools.
