Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is looking for a Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of a 276-unit community in Windermere, FL. You will handle service requests and make-readies with a focus on quality craftsmanship, safety, and resident satisfaction.

This role requires hands-on maintenance experience, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to participate in on-call rotations. Benefits include health/dental/vision and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recent hands-on experience in building apartment maintenance.
• EPA certification is strongly preferred.
• HVAC skills, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry and electrical experience.

Role Overview

As a Service Technician, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this community with 276 apartment-homes.

• Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high-quality craftsmanship.
• Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
• Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
• Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.
• 2-4 years of recent hands-on experience in building apartment maintenance
