Apartment Maintenance Technician – Immediate Hire

Chesterfield, VA & Surrounding Areas
No On-Call | No Weekends

Our team is currently seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician, ideally with Universal EPA certification, for immediate placement in Apartment Communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, detail-oriented professional looking for consistent weekday work in a residential setting.

Qualifications:

• Previous residential maintenance experience (apartments, hotels, or private homes)
• Must provide personal hand tools and drill
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• HVAC/EPA certification is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Plumbing: Sink, shower, and toilet repairs; fixture replacements; drain unclogging (including snaking when applicable)
• Electrical: Fixture and switch replacement; knowledge of proper safety protocols; basic rewiring when applicable
• Carpentry: Patching holes, replacing doors and locks, hanging cabinetry, and light touch-up painting
• Appliances: Assisting with installation and minor repairs of washers/dryers, stoves, garbage disposals, and other appliances

Responsibilities:
