Job summary

Sequoia Equities is seeking Service Technicians to keep our residents happy by handling maintenance requests and ensuring homes are move-in ready.

You’ll fix electrical switches, repair appliances, install shower heads, patch drywall, and contribute to a spotless, welcoming living environment. Weekend availability and on-call shifts are expected to support a high standard of service.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $19 - $24 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
