Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and drywall.
• Ensure homes are clean and move-in ready, creating a welcoming experience for residents.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $22 - $26 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
