Job summary

Sequoia Equities in San Francisco is seeking a Service Technician to keep our residents happy by handling maintenance tasks and ensuring homes are spotless for move-in day.

You will fix basic electrical, plumbing issues, install fixtures, patch drywall, and respond to resident requests with a friendly, service-oriented approach. Weekend on-call shifts and a positive attitude are essential.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $25 - $29 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
