Sequoia Equities, Inc. is seeking Service Technicians to keep our residents happy and ensure homes are move-in ready. You’ll handle maintenance tasks—from electrical switches to appliance repairs and shower head installations—while keeping spaces spotless and welcoming for new residents.

You’ll connect with people in a friendly manner and help elevate our standards in property care.

You’re the go-to person for maintenance. Whether it’s fixing a basic electrical switch, repairing appliances, installing a shower head, or patching drywall, you take pride in getting it done right. You ensure homes are spotless and ready for move-in day, creating a warm and welcoming experience for our residents.

Qualifications

Great-to-haves:

• Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation


• Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $22 - $26 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
