Job summary

Sequoia Equities is seeking a roving maintenance technician to support multiple communities across the region. You will repair basic electrical switches, appliances, plumbing, drywall, and prevent flaws before move‑in day, while delivering friendly, reliable service to residents.

The role offers daily variety, learning opportunities from senior specialists, and a pathway to grow your maintenance career within Sequoia Equities.

Qualifications

Must haves:

• Positive attitude

• Understanding of basic areas of home maintenance
• Preferred schedule: Monday - Friday

Great to haves:

• Prior experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
• Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, and groundskeeping

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $23 - $27 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
