Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Duluth, GA seeks a Service Technician II for a 220-unit apartment community. Responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance maintenance, with on-call rotation and potential weekends. Monthly renewal bonuses accompany base pay.

Requirements include 2+ years in property maintenance, Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification, and ability to work independently or in a team. Bilingual EN/ES and CPO a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer-service environment.
• On-call every other week for emergencies; weekends as needed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; CPO a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues including A/C and heating systems, electrical and plumbing, appliances.
• Addressing stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings; tile, carpet, flooring; ceiling leaks.

Rate: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a maintenance technician for our220-unit apartment community in Duluth, GA, just minutes away from I-85 and I-285! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every other week for emergencies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus!
