Westdale Asset Management in Duluth, GA seeks a Service Technician II for a 220-unit apartment community. Responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance maintenance, with on-call rotation and potential weekends. Monthly renewal bonuses accompany base pay.

Requirements include 2+ years in property maintenance, Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification, and ability to work independently or in a team. Bilingual EN/ES and CPO a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer-service environment.
• On-call every other week for emergencies; weekends as needed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; CPO a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues including A/C and heating systems, electrical and plumbing, appliances.
• Addressing stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings; tile, carpet, flooring; ceiling leaks.
