Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Service Technician II for a 239-unit apartment community in Duluth, GA. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance maintenance to keep residents happy with fast, professional service.

Requirements include 3+ years of on-site maintenance, EPA Level II certification, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. On-call weekends rotate with staffing needs; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies (2 weeks on and 2-4 weeks off).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues including HVAC systems.
• Electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Appliances maintenance and repair.
• Maintaining common areas such as stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, flooring.
• Addressing ceiling leaks and related issues.

Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a maintenance technician for our 239-unit apartment community in Duluth! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies(2 weeks on and 2-4 weeks off based on staffing.)
Required License or Certification:Valid GA Driver’s License; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
