Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Service Technician II for a 135-unit community in Norcross, GA. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, ensuring timely and professional service to residents.

Requirements include 3+ years in property maintenance, EPA Level II or Universal certification, and the ability to work with minimal supervision or on a team. Bilingual English/Spanish and CPO are a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site property maintenance experience.

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues including A/C/heating, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Attend to structural elements like stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, tile and flooring.
• Address ceiling leaks and other urgent repairs as needed.

Rate: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our 135-unit apartment community in Norcross! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. Requirements

• At least 3years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus!

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
Required License or Certification:Valid GA Driver’s License; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
