Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Duluth, GA, is seeking a Service Technician II for a 220-unit apartment community. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs to keep residents happy and homes well maintained.

Requirements include at least 2 years of on-site maintenance experience and Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification. A GA driver’s license is required; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, and the position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.
• Valid GA Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems.
• Address issues with stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, and flooring.
• Identify and fix ceiling leaks and other maintenance problems.

Rate: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a maintenance technician for our220-unit apartment community in Duluth, GA, just minutes away from I-85 and I-285! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every other week for emergencies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus!

Work Days: Monday - Friday
