Job summary

Westdale in Duluth, GA is seeking a Service Technician II for our 220-unit apartment community. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance maintenance to keep residents satisfied.

Requirements include at least 2 years of on-site property maintenance, EPA Level II or Universal refrigerant certification, and the ability to work independently or in a team. On-call every other week and weekend work may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; work independently or in a team.
• On-call every other week for emergencies; weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances.
• Address issues with stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, tile, carpet, flooring.
• Ensure safety and compliance; provide timely maintenance updates to residents.
