Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base pay.

Hourly: Starting at $22.52 - $28.15 per hour, depending on experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Compensation: $46,841 - $58,552.

Bonus: Average quarterly bonus potential of $400, with an annual potential of $1,600 based on performance.

Total Annual Starting Compensation Potential:

• $48,441 ($46,841 base + $1,600 bonus)
• $60,152 ($58,552 base + $1,600 bonus)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Familiarity with building safety systems including fire alarms and sprinklers.
• Proficiency with smart devices and property management software.
• Advanced knowledge of hand and power tools.

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and prevent issues in apartment homes and common areas.

Requirements

• Site-specific certifications such as EPA Type II (preferred) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) (preferred) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Flexible schedule with some weekend work and participation in on-call rotations.
