Apartment Maintenance Technician | MAA Double Creek

Join us as an Apartment Maintenance Technician at MAA Double Creek. We are looking for dedicated professionals to help us exceed our residents’ expectations and maintain our properties in excellent condition.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in good working order.
  • Prepare apartments for move-in, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units, electrical appliances, outlets, light fixtures, plumbing, carpentry, and locks.
  • Follow a planned preventative maintenance schedule and communicate with residents after repairs.
Qualifications
  • One to three years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or mechanical repair.
  • HVAC experience required.
  • EPA Type II or EPA Universal Certification required at hire or within 90 days.
  • Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
