Millennia Housing Management seeks a Maintenance Technician I to coordinate tasks and supplies for pre-occupancy units and support the maintenance team on special projects. You will maintain exteriors, common areas, and vacant units, including painting, caulking, and basic repairs, while ensuring safety and move-in readiness.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of prior maintenance or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restore recently vacated apartment homes.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and grounds.
• Change bulbs, locks, and other common area upkeep.
• Process work orders for general maintenance and repairs.
• Install or assist with appliances.
• Exterior/interior painting and caulking; light drywall repair.
• Assist with diagnosing and repairing routine maintenance issues.
• Assist with painting prep and fixture reassembly.
• Assist with trash removal and move-out cleaning.
• Coordinate with vendors and residents as needed.
• Perform quality checks on systems, appliances, and aesthetics to meet move-in standards.
