General Services Corporation is seeking a dedicated janitorial/grounds attendant to maintain our community buildings, hallways, and breezeways while keeping amenities clean and well-presented. You will also refresh apartments and report repairs as needed, ensuring top-quality service to residents.

Requirements include being 18+, a valid driver’s license, insurance, a clean background, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• One year of janitorial and/or grounds experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required, along with a clean criminal background and pre-employment drug testing.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways.
• Sustain cleanliness of community amenities.
• Freshen apartments as needed.
• Report repair issues as necessary.
• Assist maintenance staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
