Job summary

BeMore Staffing is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for temp and temp-to-hire roles at apartment communities in Virginia Beach, VA. You will perform general maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting while delivering excellent service to residents and team members.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, and a working knowledge of building systems. EPA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on apartment maintenance experience required or preferred.
• HVAC knowledge and ability to maintain/repair systems is a plus.
• EPA certification a plus; EPA preferred but not required.
• Minimum 6 months maintenance experience in an apartment or similar setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Repair and maintain building structures, fixtures, and appliances.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to residents and staff.
• Respond promptly to service requests and prepare units for move-ins.
• Assist with special projects and grounds as needed.
