Job summary

Morgan Properties in South Bend, IN is hiring a Pipeline Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues while delivering exceptional service to residents. You will join an experienced team that values collaboration, accountability, and quality workmanship.

Requirements include at least 2 years of maintenance experience, EPA certification, HVAC certification preferred, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to commute within 30

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance.
• EPA Certification required; HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
• Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the community.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry-related maintenance issues.
• Diagnose and service split-system heat pumps and other residential mechanical systems.
• Complete maintenance service requests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residents.
• Maintain the appearance and safety of the community in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs and work order updates.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule supporting Fox Run.
