Continental Realty Corporation seeks a Service Technician for Doncaster Village in Parkville, MD, a community with 616 apartment-homes. You will handle maintenance requests, make-readies, and ensure high-quality workmanship while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with teammates, staying organized, and proactively addressing issues. Compensation includes a rent discount for live-on and eligibility for bonuses and benefits related to health and retirement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC skills and EPA certification preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair and electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license and own tools; willing to be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and make-readies with high-quality craftsmanship.
• Share knowledge with teammates and assist when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Manage time effectively and communicate throughout the day.
• Anticipate resident problems before they occur.
