Continental Realty seeks a Service Technician for Doncaster Village in Parkville, MD to maintain community systems, complete service requests, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship for residents.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance, HVAC skills (EPA preferred), plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and electrical work, plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to pull on-call shifts. Competitive pay, live-on rent discount, benefits, and bonuses are offered.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience, preferably in garden-style communities.
• Solid HVAC skills with EPA certification preferred; plumbing, carpentry and electrical know-how.
• Good problem-solving, time management and customer service mindset.
